An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Sous Chef to join a professional kitchen team in Falmouth.
Working alongside the Head Chef, the successful candidate will help lead the kitchen, maintain high food standards and deliver excellent service. The menu features freshly prepared pizzas, creative small plates and an elevated evening dining experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Support the Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service.

Assist with menu development and new dishes.

Lead, support and train kitchen team members.

Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and allergen safety.

Assist with ordering, stock control, food costs and waste reduction.

Work closely with front-of-house to ensure a positive guest experience.

Previous professional kitchen experience, ideally at Sous Chef level.

Passion for cooking and attention to detail.

Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

Good knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Salary of £31,000–£32,000 per year.
