Food and Beverage Manager– Weekly Pay
We are currently recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our client in the St Ives area on a temporary basis.
Please note: There is no live-in accommodation available for this role.
- Temporary ongoing role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the F&B team
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar and event operations
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage stock, ordering and suppliers
- Control costs and maximise profitability
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance
- Train, motivate and develop team members
- Manage rotas and staffing levels
- Drive sales and promote F&B offerings
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage and service quality
- Supervise and lead the restaurant team during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services.
Pay & Hours
- £18.50ph
- Weekly pay every Friday.
- Paid holiday accrued while you work.
