Luxury Aparthotel | St Ives, Cornwall
We are currently recruiting a reliable and professional Night Porter to join our team at a luxury aparthotel located in the beautiful seaside town of St Ives. This is a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests overnight.
Hours & Shifts- Shift pattern: 4 nights on
- Hours: 9:00pm – 7:00am
- Rate per hour :£14.50 per hour
As Night Porter, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the aparthotel during the night. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring excellent service while maintaining high standards of safety and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming late-arriving guests and handling night check-ins/check-outs
- Ensuring the security of the building and guests throughout the night
- Carrying out regular patrols of the property
- Responding to guest requests and resolving issues professionally
- Completing night audits and basic administrative tasks
- Setting up public areas ready for the morning team
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation in public areas
- Previous hotel or night porter experience preferred, but not essential
- Calm, professional, and approachable manner
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Able to work independently and make decisions overnight
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts
