Warehouse Operative (Temporary – Sickness Cover)
Location: Near Liskeard, Cornwall
Industry: Bespoke Gifts- Warehouse
Contract: Temporary (Sickness Cover) 6-8 WEEKS
Working Days: Wednesday to Friday
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 2 × 15-minute paid breaks
- 1 × 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- £13 per hour -we pay weekly and you accrue holiday pay.
We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a bespoke business specialising in high-quality gift products. This is a hands-on role within a friendly and busy warehouse environment, supporting the team during a period of sickness absence.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing bespoke gift items accurately
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Physically fit, as the role involves a high level of manual handling and packing
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Safety shoes must be worn (essential for this role)
- Consistent midweek hours (Wednesday to Friday)- 3 DAYS A WEEK COVER
- Paid rest breaks
- Supportive working environment
