- Hands on operation- we are looking for someone who can lead a team of host, Reception Managers, House Managers and Night Managers.
Our clients, a relaxed luxury hotel with and fantastic facilities are seeking a Full-time, permanent Front of house Manager offering a competitive salary.
This incredibly exciting opportunity within their highly successful business. This will be a varied role, managing multiple operations within one site.
Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…
- Supervise and manage front of house staff, including host, Reception Managers, House Managers and Night Managers..
- Train and mentor team members.
- Deliver exceptional quest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Implement effective team management strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience…
- Previous Front of House Manager experience in similar environment
- A proven track record managing high-volume operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Able to work in an incredibly busy environment whilst maintaining high standards
- Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings and Adhoc cover where needed
