Job Description:

Our client, an established Council operation based in Mid Cornwall near Bodmin are looking for a caretaker to start asap on a temporary basis.

Immediate start pending a successful interview.

What we offer:

• £14.50 an hour
• Weekly pay
• Weekly on going. 
• Accrue Holiday pay.
• Monday – Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
• Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm. 

The Role

• Various duties where needed, all equipment to be provided.
• Lifting and moving deliveries around the site.
• Setting up for meetings and events
• Cleaning and other hygiene procedures throughout
• Mowing and maintaining garden areas.
• Basic maintenance tasks including fixing shelf's, painting, and varnishing.

Requirements:

• Basic Handyperson/Caretaker experience preferred but no qualifications required.
