Sales Agents Field Based - Broadband
Location: Cornwall & Devon
Salary: £14.00 £14.00 per hour. £28,500 once permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Between 10am and 7pm
Contract: Temporary to permanent
We are looking for two confident, motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Agents to promote and sell broadband services to residential customers across Cornwall and Devon.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous door-to-door sales experience or a similar customer-facing field sales background.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach residential customers and promote broadband services.
- Build rapport with customers and confidently explain products.
- Handle objections and work towards sales targets.
- Manage your own daily schedule and activity across different locations.
- Maintain accurate customer records using mobile applications and digital systems.
About You
- Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred, although similar field sales experience, such as solar PV, will also be considered.
- Good knowledge of Cornwall and Devon.
- Full, valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
- Confident using mobile applications and digital systems.
- Happy to work outdoors throughout the year, involving extensive walking in all weather conditions.
- Available for full-time work (37.5 hours per week). Part-time applications cannot be considered.
Salary and Benefits
- £28,500 per annum after 3 months
- Fuel allowance provided for business travel.
- Potential car allowance once a permanent position is secured, subject to the relevant policy.
- Initial three-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
