Temporary Pensions Administrator
Location: Truro (Office Based)
Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour + holiday pay (every Friday)
We're looking for a Temporary Pensions Administrator to join a busy Member Support Team. This is an initial 4-week assignment with the potential to be extended to cover a long-term absence.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support to the Member Support Team.
- Assisting with post-processing activities and payment creation.
- Managing electronic and paper records, ensuring accurate filing and record keeping.
- Responding to enquiries from members and colleagues in a professional and helpful manner.
- Researching and processing information accurately.
- Supporting the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
- Using Microsoft Office to maintain records and produce documents.
What we're looking for
- Previous administration experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work accurately under pressure.
- An understanding of Local Government is desirable but not essential.
