Pay Rate:
£25.38 per hour (paid weekly every Friday via PAYE)
Contract Length:
Initially 3 months (earlier start may be considered)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 19:15

Multiple vacancies (newly created team)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a number of Social Worker positions within a newly established team. This team will respond to referrals across a wide service area, providing timely assessments and support where needed.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and flexible service, offering a mix of remote working and field-based visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Care Act assessments
- Develop care and support plans
- Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and associated work
- Respond to referrals and manage allocated cases efficiently
- Carry out visits as required across the service area
- Work to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality practice
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
- Strong experience in Care Act assessments and care planning
- Experience completing Mental Capacity Assessments
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Flexible approach to work and travel
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Working Arrangements
- Full-time (job share may be considered)
- Greater level of remote working than typical roles
- Work allocated based on geographical areas
- Candidates must be able to travel to visits when required
