Finance Administrator

Description

My client, a market leader in their field, is looking for a competent and enthusiastic finance administrator to join their team, assisting in the administration of company finances. You will have excellent numeracy skills and have a background in financial administration. You will be super organised and efficient, being able to manage heavy workloads, unsupervised and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure. You will possess fantastic communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.

Duties will include:
-Processing all new work orders promptly and efficiently
-Sending welcome packs to all new clients
-Dealing with all company invoicing, preparing them and ensuring they are sent out on a timely basis.
-Processing commission payments and staff bonuses as well as managing and maintaining order forms and forecasting for client revenue.
-Reconciling client accounts
-Assisting in production of financial reports
-Dealing with incoming telephones calls, greeting and meeting visitors , acting as 1sdt point of call
-Chasing overdue accounts effectively
On top of the above, other general administrative duties will be expected of you. The following
skills / experience are essential for this role:

-Proven experience working in busy office environment
-Previous financial admin experience
-Ability to process complex financial invoicing
-Attention to detail skills, able to work in team environment but equally well unsupervised as well as excellent inter-personal skills
-Fully converse with all Microsoft Office applications, good knowledge of Excel and good working knowledge of spreadsheets & databases.
