Hotel Receptionist

Description

My client is looking for an outgoing, professional and presentable receptionist to join their elite team. You will have outstanding customer service skills, enjoy working with the general public and understand the important of the guest’s positive experience whilst staying at the stunning establishment.

Ideally you will have previous hotel reception experience, and have used the package Hotel Perfect, if not you will be a quick leaner when it comes in house computer systems. My client is also willing to look at Senior Hotel Receptionists who have significant experience who would be suitable to take on the challenging role of Reservations Manager.

You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, bookings and requests, dealing with the initial bookings, check guests in and out and everything in between, you will need to have a excellent telephone manner, be confident in stressful and pressurised environment, be flexible in terms of working on a shift basis, which will include Bank Holidays and more importantly be reliable and committed. The salary on offer is £13k-£14.5k, depending on experience, if you possess all the skills, experience and more there is further flexibility on the salary.
