My client has an urgent requirement for a Sales Order Processing / Customer Services Administrator to start immediately for the successful candidate. This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary of £12,000 - £13,500 p/a. The role is varied and requires an outgoing, friendly and committed candidate who can work well on own initiative but also successfully within a team environment.
Duties will include:
- Processing Sales orders, receiving them via methods such as telephone, email etc,putting them on to the in house system, ensuring the product codes are matched correctly
- Inputting orders in Sage 200
- Raising picking notes and subsequently delivery notes & invoices
- Exporting orders
- Tracking of deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Updating customers on delivery times
You will have a good level of office experience, have previous customer service experience and ideally held a similar role.
