Sales & Admin Person

Description

My client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sales candidate to join the team in the role of Sales & Admin Person. You would be dealing with all aspects of the business, including taking orders that are called in, order processing and updating the systems as well as calling cold and warm clients, gaining business and phoning regularly to take repeat orders, up sell and maximise revenue. Customer service is my client’s top priority as is securing someone who can fit into the team with ease.
You will have held a previous similar role where you have had to build excellent client relationship, developing these, bringing in business and closing the deal by listening to the clients needs and getting them the best deal whilst also learning everything you can about the business and its industry.

Skills / Attributes required for the role:
-Sales Drive and sales mentality (i.e. knowing where a sale can be closed and closing it. Someone who has the drive and passion and enjoys the buzz of selling)
-The ability to build good long term client relationships to maximize revenue
-Confident on the telephone, happy to be pro-active calling at quiet times as well as dealing with credit control etc.
-Good general admin skills will have to deal with credit card payments, order processing, updating the system etc.
-Good IT skills
-Reliable, committed , flexible and passionate approach to work
-Excellent team player, you will need to be considerate to the needs of others and want to be part of the team
-The ability to think out of the box, use common sense and bring new ideas to the table
-Able to commute to Launceston on a daily basis.
