Telecommunications Telesales Consultant

My client has an urgent requirement for two Telesales Consultants, who have knowledge of the telecoms industry. This is by no means an entry level role; these roles offer a great OTE and basic salary as well outstanding career progression, the company is growing at an alarming rate and this is the perfect time to join them, once you have proved that you are of the calibre the company is looking for and you are meeting and exceeding targets set the skies the limit in terms of earning potential and also career prospects.

Duties will include:
-Cold calling prospect clients, assessing their current needs and challenges with their current provider and determining what packages would benefit the clients business
-Dealing with existing clients, making contact and cross / up selling, again determining if their needs have changed and offering appropriate packages / add ons accordingly
-Making appointments for management to visit
-Dealing with SME’s and selling over the phone, once assessing that a client visit wouldn’t be beneficial due to the size of their need
-Working in a team environment, overcoming objectives and meeting and exceeding targets set
-All associated administrative tasks
-Developing a keen interest into industry changes and updates and gaining a sound knowledge of the industry.

The candidates we need:
We are looking for highly ambitious candidates who possess an understanding of the telecoms industry; you will have held a similar role within this sector. You will be passionate about selling, have outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, capable of holding conversations with people on all levels up to Directors and CEO’s. You will be keen to secure a role where you can learn, grow and develop your career. You will have a proven track record in being able to extract the necessary information whilst offering 1st class customer service and professionalism as well as closing the deal and being able to remain positive and upbeat, even when having a bad day.

The salary on offer is £15k-£17k with an OTE of £30k-£34k, this is an uncapped commission scheme so you are only limited by your own ambition and ability to exceed targets set.
