Experienced Lettings Negotiator

Description

My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their ever growing team. This is newly created position due to expansion so the opportunities in terms of career and progression are fantastic.

You will have experience and ideally have an industry recognised Qualification. You will have a proven track record in providing a 1st class service to all parties involved with the lettings process, ensuring everything is dealt with promptly and professionally.

You will be liasing with tenants and landlords on a daily basis, arranging viewings and following them up, dealing with tenant’s queries and complaints, as well as compiling to all industry legislation.

You will be super organised, have fantastic communication skills and have a passion for the industry. You will be a team player but also able to hit the ground running, able to work with minimal supervision. This is a fast paced industry which is heavily targeted so please only apply for this role if you have the relevant experience and commitment. The salary on offer is £15k-18k P/A + commission and many other benefits such as on going training and support.
