Are you an experienced F&B Manager looking for your next challenge in a premium hospitality environment?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Manager to join a high-quality luxury hotel operation in Cornwall.
This is a hands-on management position with responsibility for a multi-outlet F&B operation, leading a strong team and driving both guest experience and commercial performance.
The OpportunityAs Food & Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation across restaurants, bars, events, room service and other F&B areas.
You’ll be a visible leader on the floor, supporting your team through busy services while also taking responsibility for budgets, labour, stock, revenue and overall departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and develop a team across multiple F&B outlets
- Deliver consistently high standards of service and guest experience
- Work closely with the kitchen team on menus, pricing and standards
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L, KPIs and commercial performance
- Control labour costs through effective forecasting and rota planning
- Manage stock, purchasing, suppliers and wastage
- Drive revenue, average spend and overall profitability
- Handle guest feedback and continually improve the operation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, allergen and H&S requirements
- Work closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Previous experience as an F&B Manager or experienced Assistant F&B Manager
- Strong hotel, resort or multi-outlet hospitality experience
- A hands-on, visible and inspirational leadership style
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of P&L, budgets and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine and beverage
- A natural ability to motivate and develop teams
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service
