Cornwall Staff Agency is currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Catering & Retail Supervisor to join the team at a popular adventure park on the outskirts of Wadebridge.
This is a fantastic seasonal opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, retail, or leisure who enjoys leading a team and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Start Date: 17th July
Temporary ongoing role for the season
As a Catering & Retail Supervisor, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the park's catering and retail outlets, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting and motivating your team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising catering and retail team members during daily operations.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Supporting, motivating, and guiding team members.
- Assisting with stock control, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Supporting management with the smooth running of multiple outlets across the park.
- Previous supervisory experience within catering, hospitality, retail, or leisure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the location.
- £14.25 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Part-time hours – 8-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week
- Shifts between 9:00am – 8:00pm, with a later finish of 10:00pm on Wednesdays for event nights.
- Holiday pay accrued.
