An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join a popular coastal restaurant overlooking Polzeath Beach.
This is a fantastic seasonal position for a passionate hospitality professional looking to work in a beautiful location, leading a friendly front-of-house team while delivering exceptional service across evening restaurant service and wedding functions.

The Role
The Restaurant Supervisor will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth evening service, supervising the front-of-house team and maintaining exceptional guest experiences. The role also includes supporting weddings and private events, ensuring high service standards are delivered throughout.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Front of House
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Positive, hands-on approach
- Experience with weddings or functions is desirable
