Night Porter Required – South Cornwall
My client, an award-winning 4-star hotel, restaurant, spa and golf resort based in South Cornwall, is seeking to recruit an experienced Night Porter to join their established team.

4-Star Hotel, Restaurant, Spa & Golf Resort
Shifts- 11pm-8am- 4 days on/4 days off
£14.25 per hour + excellent benefits
Live in accommodation available
Key Responsibilities- Providing a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests
- Assisting with guest requests throughout the night
- Conducting regular security checks across the hotel and grounds
- Preparing public areas for the following day
- Supporting the reception team with guest arrivals and departures
- Handling telephone enquiries and overnight administration duties
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff and premises at all times
- Assisting with set-up requirements for functions and events where required
? Previous experience working in a hotel Night Porter, Night Receptionist, Night Auditor or similar overnight hospitality role
? Experience within a 4-star hotel, luxury resort or high-quality hospitality environment preferred
? Strong understanding of guest service standards and hotel operations
? Confident handling guest requests, complaints and enquiries professionally
? Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
? Experience carrying out security checks, night procedures and basic administrative duties
? Excellent communication skills with a calm and professional approach
? Reliable, trustworthy and highly organised with strong attention to detail
