Chef de Partie – Luxury Seafront Hotel, Falmouth, Cornwall

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week over 5 days

Are you an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a talented CDP to join the award-winning kitchen brigade at a stunning four-star luxury hotel overlooking the beautiful coastline of Falmouth, Cornwall.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen alongside an experienced team of chefs, producing exceptional dishes using high-quality Cornish ingredients. You'll have the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to an outstanding dining experience.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section, ensuring consistently high standards of preparation and presentation while working closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, experienced team where you'll continue to develop your culinary skills in a quality-focused kitchen.

We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food and high-quality cooking
• Ability to run a section confidently during service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
