Job Description:
‍ Temporary Head Chef Required – South Devon

We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy pub and restaurant operation in South Devon, located between Sidmouth and Seaton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable Head Chef who can hit the ground running and take responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation in a high-volume food environment.

? Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

? Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team by example

? Comfortable working under pressure in a busy operation

? Strong organisational and delegation skills

? Available for an immediate start

£21.00 per hour

? 40-60 hours per week

Inclusive live-in accommodation provided

Minimum 4-week placement

Immediate start available

This is an extremely busy establishment, so we're looking for someone with a hands-on approach who can maintain high standards while effectively managing the kitchen team and service.
