Catering & Retail Supervisor
£14.25 per hour | Weekly Pay
We are currently recruiting for a full time experienced and enthusiastic Catering & Retail Supervisor to join a popular adventure park based on the outskirts of Wadebridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, retail, or leisure environments who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused setting.
Temporary ongoing role for the season with a start date of July 17th
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising catering and retail team members during daily operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Supporting staff motivation, and performance
- Assisting with stock control, merchandising, and cash handling procedures
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting management with the smooth running of outlets across the park
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience within catering, hospitality, retail, or leisure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Driver with own transport due to location.
What We Offer:
- £14.25 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Full-time hours available- working 8 hour shifts 5 days out of 7
- Hours between 9am- 8pm (Wednesdays later finish of 10pm for event nights)
