The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations. You will ensure smooth coordination across all departments and maintain consistently high service standards.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for guest experience, team leadership, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
- Support Heads of Department and the General Manager
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Drive revenue across F&B, spa, and accommodation
- Manage budgets, payroll, and operational costs
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal standards
- Maintain property standards and coordinate maintenance
- Support recruitment and staff development
- Experience in hotel operations or duty management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm, organised, and guest-focused under pressure
- Financially aware with budget experience
- Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented
