We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a renowned coastal resort in West Cornwall. The site is home to an award-winning restaurant known for modern, seasonal dishes and high-quality dining.
What you’ll be doing:- Running your own section with confidence and consistency
- Supporting the wider kitchen team when required
- Delivering excellent food under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards
- Immediate availability (or short notice preferred)
- Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
- Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- 5-day working week
- Immediate start available
- Live-in accommodation available on-site (subject to suitability)
