Our client is looking for an experienced, energetic, and people-focused Restaurant General Manager / Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of their stylish restaurant and rooms business near St Austell.

What the Role Involves
- Leading daily restaurant and operational activities
- Managing and motivating a dedicated hospitality team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Managing staff rotas, labour costs, and team performance
- Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
- Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining high standards across service, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and operational efficiencies
- Helping drive business performance and continued growth

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior hospitality leader
- A confident and approachable leadership style
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- A hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail

- Commercial awareness and operational understanding
- Due to the location, own transport is essential
