Chef de Partie- Gastro Pub/Small Hotel-Sth Cornwall-Live in

Description

This established Gastro Pub and 20 cover restaurant specialising in Fish and seafood is situated only a few seconds walk from the main fishing harbour in this quaint south cornish fishing port.

We are looking to recruit on behalf our client, an experienced Chef de Partie to join their small kitchen brigade.

The team here only use fresh local produce from Cornwall, making our menus creative and unique.

Ideally, you will have a love and passion for Fresh fish and seafood and have experience working within a busy 40 cover operation.

The Establishment have a fantastic Public House with Real Ales, Cask Marques Bitters, Cornish Cream Teas and Traditional Sunday Roasts.

This position offers an excellent starting salary, good live in accommodation, a share of the tips and also a real oportunity to learn and progress within this establishment thst is part of small hotel/bar and restaurant group.
