Our client, an award winning, small luxury hotel and 2 AA rosette Restaurant with stunning views based on the Cornwall/Devon Border are seeking a full time Chef de partie to join the team.

Working alongside the newly appointed Head Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day operaion that specialises in fresh, quality ingredients that create modern food with a classical twist.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de partie to help make their mark on this establishment going forward.

The Chefs source the very best local and regional produce, cooked simply the diverse menu features numerous dishes which are prepared according to traditional English recipes

You will have a proven background in small luxury hotel operations and can cook consistently up to 2/3 AA rosette level for the past two years.
