Restaurant/Banqueting Supervisor-

Description

Established and award winning Hotel with extensive conference and banqueting facilities are seeking a Restaurant and banqueting supervisor to join the team.

The main purpose of the role will be:

To ensure the food and beverage department achieves and maintains AA rosette status working closely with your line manager and contribute to the success of the hotel by maintaining standards and personalized customer service in accordance with Company policies.

Actively seek out and maximize all sales opportunities and ensure your team have the skills to do the same.

Ensure a firm control of costs in pursuit of profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Maintain open communication and build positive relationships with colleagues in order to ensure that all efforts are focused on improving levels of service to our customers.
