At this Hotel, which is one of North Cornwall's finest restaurants by the beach where you will find the best local produce cooked to perfection.

We are seeking a personality that can add sparkle, brighten up someone's day and really make a difference to the meal experience.

You will have a proven track record in Restaurant management in small and large operations and will be able to hit the ground running.

Your knowledge of wines, food and beverage sales and systems will be second to none and you will possess exemplary interpersonal and social skills to match.
