Description
Ideally you will have previous experience in a hotel reception ideally, supervisory experience would be advantageous. You will be in a customer facing environment, being the first point of call for all customers, suppliers and other links to the business. Duties will include manning the switchboard, dealing with reservations, check’s ins and enquiries, answering them as promptly and efficiently as possible.
The successful will be motivating the team, ensuring that they are working to the targets set as well as promoting the business and facilities as well as maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
The salary of offer is initially £13k p/a + benefits and you will be expected to work on rota system including weekends.
