This fantastic restaurant situated in a breathtaking part of Dorset, looking out over one the county's finest beaches are seeking a front of house manager to join the team.
Managing our own Portland Oyster beds just a stones throw from the restaurant so you can enjoy fresh oysters on your table within minutes of them leaving the water!
Responsible for the day to day management of this restaurant, we will be looking for the successful front of house manager to ensure all standards of food and beverage sales and service are monitored, developed and taken forward.
You will also have experience in some aspects of Public relations and be able to have real imput on sales and marketing to help push the restaurant further forward.
The position is full time, permanent and also offers an excellent starting salary along with other benefits as 6/7 paid weeks holiday and the opportunity to progress within this group that is expanding and opening another restaurant in South Devon.
The restaurant also specialises in other types of seafood, most loved are the fresh, local crabs
.
Other than our popular crabs, the menu at this award winning restaurant consists of delicious fish & seafood recipes all from fish landed within 40 miles.
