Our Client is looking for a experienced Restaurant Manager to join The team at this highly acclaimed 2AA Rosette Restaurant

As Restaurant Manager your duties will include; training and developing your front of house team and helping with the organisation of the restaurant for daily service as well as functions, weddings and other large parties.

For the third year running, this restaurant has featured in The Good Food Guide, scoring a Cooking Score of 5 – ‘Exact cooking techniques and ambition; balance and depth of flavour in dishes, using quality ingredients’.


The successful Restaurant Manager will implement F & B sales & service training & development of the team and you will also have a fantastic working knowledge of wines and be able to enthuse the marriage of wine with food.

You will have at least 4 years working in a 1AA rosette and above operations in a supervisory position or higher.

Position is a asap start involving Day, evening and weekend work., it also includes excellent live in accommodation , bonuses and tips as well as living on this fantastic Island.
