This hotel situated in the midst of Guernsey's having the most beautiful coastal scenery is actively looking for a Chef De Partie on a seasonal position from April 09-Oct 09!
The successful Chef De Partie will have previous 3*+ experience. As Chef de Partie will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety. The Hotel Restaurant Menu is a blend of International and European dishes so a interest in this food would be a distinct advantage. As pastry chef must have a love for cooking and work well within a small team of 6. During the season you will be required to work 6 days a week split shifts with 1 day off a week. Start asap ongoing contract.
