Description

My client is looking for an exceptional member to join their small team. You will have a passion for the industry and want to grow and learn within it. This fantastic hotel which has a 3 rosette restaurant is looking for a highly attentive person. This individual will be hard-working and able to work and communicate effectively both with guests and within a small team. They will be friendly and guest-oriented. They should have some knowledge of wine and service and experience will be preferred. The individual must be committed to learning both the food and wine and must realise that work must be done outside of the actual employment in order to effectively commit to both memory and awareness what it is that we do and serve in the restaurant. They should also be prepared to do the cleaning and prepping required with maintaining the restaurant.
As well as having a strong interested in F & B you must be a flexible and have an interest in all areas of hospitality. You must have experience working in a 2+ rosette restaurant for 2 year or more. For more information on this position please send your cv.
