Description

Are client requires a full-time chef du rang for a position beginning at the end of February. This is a permanent position.
This individual will be hard-working and able to work and communicate effectively both with guests and within a small team. As Chef Du Rang you will be friendly and guest-oriented. They should have some knowledge of wine and service and experience will be preferred. The individual must be committed to learning both the food and wine and must realise that work must be done outside of the actual employment in order to effectively commit to both memory and awareness what it is that we do and serve in the restaurant. As Chef Du Rang you will also be prepared to do the cleaning and prepping required with maintaining the restaurant.
