Established and award winning 1AA Rosette Restaurant and brasserie situated in one of North Cornwall's most picturesque coastal towns are seeking a temporary Pastry Chef to join their team.
The talented team of chefs within this brigade pride their cuisine on suing only the best, locally sourced ingredients.
We are seking a temporary Pastry Chef that can hit the ground running, be imaginative and be able to hita consistent level with the Recipe specs within the Restaurant and teh brasserie operations within the hotel.
The Restaurant here at the Hotel is a unique dining venue.Our clients's dinner menu is a highlight and provides both traditional and contemporary choices. Ingredients are carefully chosen: the freshest seafood landed nearby, excellent quality meat from nearby farms and seasonal local vegetables.
Ideally, you will have a strong high volume and a rosetted background in pastry. You will have all round experience in classics, traditional and also new,good ideas that you can bring to the kitchen.
