Description
Our client an established Hotel , Restaurant and Spa destination Hotel are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their brigade, in this picturesque Seafront location in North Devon.
Position available to work alongside our existing brigade, you wil have at least 5 years experience working within Sauce and larder up to at least 1 AA Rosette level.
Previous experience is essential and the commitment to maintain the hotels high standards, which has an award winning restaurant and brasserie operation.
Start early February 2009. Live in available with excellent benefits.
