Deputy Head Housekeeper

Description

Our client is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual with proven supervisory skills and a keen desire to provide high standards of cleanliness, to join our Houskeeping team.
As Deputy Head Housekeeper you will have excellent attention to detail and be a self motivated hard worker, able to deputise for the Executive Head Housekeeper in her absence. As Deputy Head Housekeeper you should have good communication skills and be able to work well under pressure to tight deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Also as Deputy Head Housekeeper your duties will be to ensure that all cottages and rooms are cleaned to the high standards expected, to keep paperwork up to date, to assist in the training and development of new team members and to be 'hands on' when required. As Deputy Head Housekeeper you will be expected to work 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, and in return you will receive an excellent remuneration package, 24 days holiday, training and career development, complimentary meals on duty, use of the leisure facilities, membership of the 'Staff and friends dining scheme' and employee incentive schemes.
